At Country Meat we offer a Farm to Plate Service.
This means you can arrange processing of both home-grown and locally sourced meats to ensure 100% traceability from paddock to plate.
Local producers use our farm to plate butchery service for their own consumption purposes. We also offer our customers the ability to Purchase bulk sides of beef direct from the farm labelled and tray packed, ready for the freezer.

ORDER SIDES OF YOUNG LOCAL BEEF
Country Meat offers sides of young local Beef fully processed and packaged to your specifications.
The meat can be packed in meal-sized portions on trays or in vacuum sealed plastic which will last for up to a year in your freezer.
